Our Ambassador Program is created for women who want to champion and mentor other women in their journey of growth and evolution. We rely on our Ambassadors to represent HWT, bravely share their stories and wisdom to inspire and encourage the value of personal empowerment, personal mastery, and personal freedom.
When you become an ambassador, you represent Hmong Women Today (HWT), and you lead by example. It is essential that you are in total alignment with our purpose, vision and values.

Personal and Leadership Development
Sharpening your personal and leadership skills: Interpersonal Skills, Public Speaking Skills, Teamwork Skills and the ability to build instant rapport and influence change. Build your confidence and influence as a leader in your community.
When you become an Ambassador,
we ask that you …
- Commit to your journey of growth to lead as an example
- Promote and share HWT’s value, vision and core message
- Outreach to other Hmong women who could benefit or contribute to HWT’s overall purpose
- Work closely with your local Regional Director to support your local network with planning and promoting gathering events
- Volunteer to facilitate workshops and speak at events
- Help moderate HWT FB group to ensure everyone follow the guidelines and standard of presence to maintain a safe and welcoming space for our members to share, learn and grow
- Post/share, comment and engage other women inside the FB group
- Volunteer for HWT events: Conference, Retreat, workshops, blog, etc
- If there is no local network available, you will work with Annie Lee virtually
